Day 2:For better discussion, all the couches and trainees was divided into smaller teams to proceed the training. Also, the contents of troubleshooting was incorporated into the parts introduction, this made the training more effective and easy for the trainees to absorb.

The practice of some important units assembling such as UV lamp assembly and media conveyor belt was arranged.

Day 3&4:Grouping are the same as the day before. The lessons was still consist of module introduction and troubleshooting discussion. Major contents like vacuum system, control board, wiring and the ink system.

In the afternoon of Wednesday, a meeting was held, Handtop R&D department manager Andy collected many unresolved problem discussion and suggestions from some of the experienced technicians among the trainees.

Some of the beginners skipped this meeting, and continued to get some basic training lessons like print head installation and calibration, as well as the jetting failure troubleshooting.

Day 5:At the beginning, the designer software is demonstrated with a projector. Soon it is found out the interactivity is below expectation. Again, we change to small group discussion while everyone can have the chance to propose questions and act some practice.
