During 24^th Oct to 30^th Oct 2016,Handtop launched a big overseas agent training program. With the support from the company’s leadership and close cooperation of every department, this training program ended up successfully. The feedback from the technicians all over the world and the outcome of the classes are mainly positive.

Hereby, we thank all the personnel whom contributed to this program during the whole process. Below is the late report of this training program, with the hope of optimizing the training process, more advises and suggestions are all appreciated.

Training process review

The whole training process lasted for 6 days, and it is the biggest training program for overseas agents since the foundation of Handtop. There were 14 trainees who participated in the training this time, which are from 8 different countries and areas, known  as France, Poland, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Korea, Holland, Spain and Iran.

Day 1:In the morning of the first day, all the arrived engineers from overseas together, with the accompany of engineers from handtop after-sales department, toured around the factory including the workshop, warehouse and the showroom.

In the afternoon, the training program formally started. The basic knowledge part was taught in the workshop, including workshop preparation, module naming and printing knowledge. Also, under the assistance of the QC department, the machine frame, beam assembly and printing table was also demonstrated to all the trainees.

As the training plan prepared in the beginning, during the carriage unit structure lesson and assembling practice, all the trainees were divided into different groups.

As it was the first day of training, most of the engineers from Europe was still having a jetlag, and their conditions was not the best of themselves, our caring engineers considered the situation. During the break, all the trainees can have a cup of tea or coffee in our comfortable showroom during the break.
