1. Printing software

When we purchasing a UV printer, it is equipped with the specialized software the producer designed for it. This software can restore the color in the output. So it is suggested to use the software provided by the manufacturer, because using other software may lead to the problem that we print the wrong color.

2. Ink problem

Some of the pigment composition is not unified then when it mixed into the ink box, it will lead to the wrong color.

3. Print head

When all the printing settings are correct and the colors still remain wrong, that is because the print head ink jetting is not stable. The reason is that the print head damaged due to multiple times of cleaning.

4. Equipment precision

The printing precision and PASS mode are all the same when choosing the same print head, but the performance is still different. This is because of the precision of the equipments is different, can also lead to wrong color problem.
